Our mission
Pioneering the future of brain health science and technology.
We advance therapeutic, diagnostic and biomarker technologies to achieve lifelong mental resilience for patients with cognitive impairment.
The DHx NeuroTech Lab is based in the Department of Population Health at the University of Cincinnati College of Nursing. Our work sits at the intersection of digital health and biomedical engineering, with patient populations in cancer, cystic fibrosis, and the broader area of memory and brain health.

How we work
Technology built with patients, tested in the clinic.
Interdisciplinary teams
Clinicians, engineers, neuropsychologists, medical researchers and computer scientists work side by side on every project.
Human-centered design
Our tools are shaped through a rigorous application of human-centered design, so they fit the lives of patients, families and care providers.
Clinical evidence
We measure feasibility, acceptability and efficacy in studies with real patient populations, from pilot to funded trial.
